Terms and Conditions of Site Use

 

Please acknowledge that failure to comply with any of the following may result in serious legal action.

All legal complications regarding the following contract/ agreement; will take place within the courts of the United Kingdom.

The following terms and conditions govern all use of the 'Stanbury and District Women's Institute Official Website' and all content, services and products available at or through the Website, including those of ‘PRISM Entertainment’ (designers and maintenance team of the Stanbury and District Women's Institute official Website) and their affiliates. The Website is owned and operated by PRISM Entertainment. (“PRISM” or “Prism”). The Website is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, our privacy policy and cookie fair usage policy) and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Site by PRISM Entertainment (collectively, the “Agreement”).

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Website. By accessing or using any part of the Website, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any of the services provided within it or in association with the Website and/ or content. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by PRISM Entertainment and Stanbury and District Women's Institute, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms. The Website is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old, or have a legal guardian monitoring all site activity.

Please be aware that the terms 'We', 'Us', and 'Our' (or 'we', 'us', and 'our') refer to the combined efforts of PRISM Entertainment and Stanbury and District Women's Institute. Unless prevented by British, European or International law, Stanbury and District Women's Institute will have the final say on all activity carried out over the Website, this includes our content, user uploaded content, and relevant code.

 

If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the published posts or comments made. You must not publish content or use existing content in an unlawful manner, including in a manner intended to trade on the name or reputation of others. We reserve the right to change or remove any content you publish that is considered inappropriate or unlawful, or otherwise likely to cause a negative public perspective of Stanbury and District Women's Institute or affiliates. You must immediately notify Stanbury and District Women's Institute or PRISM Entertainment of any unauthorized uses of your blog, your account or any other breaches of security. Stanbury and District Women's Institute & PRISM Entertainment will not be liable for any acts or omissions by You, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

You fully acknowledge that the integration of third party (specifically social media) may not be an accurate representation of Stanbury and District Women's Institute & PRISM Entertainment, or the content we post. Your usage of these is completely optional; we permit access to, but do not force you into using such content.

 

You are entirely responsible for the content you upload, submit or publish on the site. That is the case regardless of whether the Content in question constitutes text, graphics, an audio file, or computer software. By making Content available, you represent and warrant that:

·         the downloading, copying and use of the Content will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark or trade secret rights, of any third party;

·         if your employer has rights to intellectual property you create, you have either (i) received permission from your employer to post or make available the Content, including but not limited to any software, or (ii) secured from your employer a waiver as to all rights in or to the Content;

·         you have fully complied with any third-party licenses relating to the Content, and have done all things necessary to successfully pass through to end users any required terms;

·         the Content does not contain or install any viruses, worms, malware, Trojan horses or other harmful or destructive content;

 

·         the Content is not spam, is not machine- or randomly-generated, and does not contain unethical or unwanted commercial content designed to drive traffic to third party sites or boost the search engine rankings of third party sites, or to further unlawful acts (such as phishing) or mislead recipients as to the source of the material (such as spoofing);

·         the Content is not pornographic, does not contain threats or incite violence, and does not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party;

·         your content is not getting advertised via unwanted electronic messages such as spam links on newsgroups, email lists, other blogs and web sites, and similar unsolicited promotional methods;

·         your content is not named in a manner that misleads your readers into thinking that you are another person or company. For example, your personal URL (should you obtain one) or name is not the name of a person other than yourself or company other than your own; and you have, in the case of Content that includes computer code, accurately categorized and/or described the type, nature, uses and effects of the materials, whether requested to do so by Unotono or otherwise.

·         You may not submit, upload, or publish content that demotes, nor promotes, religion, politics, race, gender, or culture.

 

By submitting Content to Stanbury and District Women's Institute or PRISM Entertainment (regardless of the method chosen to do so, inclusive of emails and phone calls), for inclusion on the site, its affiliates, third parties, or social media. You grant Unotono a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting your blog. If you delete Content, PRISM Entertainment will use reasonable efforts to remove it from the Website, but you acknowledge that caching or references to the Content may not be made immediately unavailable.

Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, Stanbury and District Women's Institute & PRISM Entertainment have the right (though not the obligation) to, in Stanbury and District Women's Institute’s sole discretion; (i) refuse or remove any content that, in Stanbury and District Women's Institute or PRISM Entertainment’s reasonable opinion, violates any policy, British/ International law, or is in any way harmful or objectionable, or (ii) terminate or deny access to and use of the Website to any individual or entity for any reason, in Stanbury and District Women's Institute or PRISM Entertainment’s sole discretion. Stanbury and District Women's Institute & PRISM Entertainment will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid, including those of legal complications regardless of the outcome.

Stanbury and District Women's Institute, PRISM Entertainment, affiliates, and third party involvement, do not condone or necessarily agree with any user submitted content. All user submitted content is the opinion of the sole individual. They shall be held responsible should content be noticed as failing to comply with the above.

 

Optional paid services that consist of the words ‘Subscription’, ‘Upgrade’ or ‘Paid Membership’ during promotional activities, subject you to the payment written once application has been received. By choosing to do so, you are confirming that you agree to pay Unotono promptly as specified in further terms or additional details. You reserve the right to cancel paid services at any moment; however payment will still be required for the periodic length of such specified incidents.

Unless contacted or notified, renewal of services will be automatic. You will be charged for the period exceeding initial subscription/upgrade/paid membership, time. Notification to Unotono must be made at least 7 days in advance of such dates.

Neither Stanbury and District Women's Institute, nor PRISM Entertainment are not responsible for the Content produced by third parties. We ask you to respect our intellectual rights. All content found on the Website, or following sub domains and user obtained URLS: shall not be stolen, modified, redistributed, or made commercially available. To do so is considered failure of this contract and serious legal action may be taken. We reserve the rights to all content on the site, unless specified.

We reserve the right to modify or replace any part of this contract/ agreement, whether in part or in full.

We may also apply additional terms and policies of which you are required to agree to; to use our website and services. The website and services we provide are considered “as is”. Of course, we apologise for any errors on the site, but take no responsibility for errors, bugs, viruses or harmful content.

 

As a final notice; please be aware that the Website is available from PRISM Entertainment under an exclusive licence previously determined by site creators. The Website is available to the British public under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License.
